For the L.A. office we are seeking an experienced recruiter to launch our IT Staffing business unit on the Los Angeles, CA marketplace.

Requirements:

• Passionate and energetic recruiting specialist with 2-4 years experience in the IT staffing business
• Proven relationships in the Los Angeles, CA marketplace
• Excellent interpersonal skills including strong self motivation, focus and passion for recruiting valuable candidates
• Ability to multi-task, problem solve and manage contractor relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous recruiting experience

As a Recruiter with reutax, you will be responsible to recruit high caliber candidates matching the needs of our clients. You will manage the recruiting process, as well as the pool for new and potential candidates. You will target SAP and Client/Server specialists with your community driven approach. You will be required to meet and/or exceed minimum requirements for recruiting activity.
