Soheyl Ghaemian who founded Reutax Corporation in 2002, is our chief executive officer (CEO), and is key to our successful development. He is in charge of innovation, defining new markets, and developing the organization as a whole. During his IT studies at Karlsruhe University, the future head of Reutax Corporation already worked in sales and IT staffing. He then started his working life as a Key Account Manager in a large IT staffing service, and worked there for two years after being promoted to head of department. He then managed the competence center of a leading staffing service. In 2001, he decided to actively intervene in the IT market - the rest is history.

Conrad Ess has been a member of the board since 2003. Currently, he is the Chief Development Officer (CDO), and is responsible for special operations. After studying engineering and IT in Kaiserslautern, Germany, he helped to start up a successful recruiting company in 1995. For seven years he worked as the head of sales and business development for one of the largest IT-staffing services in Germany. Later, as the director of the Management Angels in Hamburg, he propagated the introduction of interim management in Germany. With his vast experience in sales, recruiting, and business operations, he is an ideal addition to our board.

Sarvin Ghaemian hails from Heidelberg, Germany. She moved to the U.S. in 2000 to attend business school at the College of Charleston in Charleston, SC. She holds a B.S. Degree in International Business, and has work experience in both the corporate and non-profit sectors.

Prior to transferring to the Los Angeles area, she worked in procurement and supplier development with Bosch USA and as Market Research Analyst for Reutax AG Europe. In 2007, she was appointed as Co-CEO of Reutax Corporation USA.
