An auditor carefully examined our business over a period of time and evaluated work processes, the systems we implement, how intradepartmental communication is set up, and, of course, how well we deal with our customers.
In the end, we achieved our goal of being awarded the ISO 9001:2000 standard for an implemented quality management system. Everyone at Reutax Corporation is proud of this achievement and it is a great motivation to us: The basis for successful customer service lies in the way everyone works with together.
